But here’s where it got brutal: HubSpot describes itself as an “agentic customer platform.” Their buyers search “AI CRM.”
Those two things aren’t connecting on LinkedIn. HubSpot is invisible for the fastest-growing search term in their own category.
And HubSpot literally wrote the playbook on this.
So if a two-million-follower brand with a dedicated social team can’t be found for their own keywords, you should probably audit your profile too.
