HubSpot is excited to announce the release of Guide Creator, a free tool that helps you create step-by-step guides with screenshots. Whether you need to demo a feature in your product for a prospect, create a guide for customers in your Knowledge Base, or document a process for your employees, Guide Creator has you covered.
To use Guide Creator, install the Google Chrome Extension and start a new capture. Guide Creator captures screenshots as you click and navigate around webpages, and focuses each screenshot on the exact place you click so steps are clear for readers. You can pause, restart, capture your entire screen, or cancel at any time from the Guide Creator menu at the bottom left of your screen. Once you’re satisfied, complete the capture, and you’ll be taken to the guide editor where you can change the the title, add descriptions, or reorder steps in your newly created step-by-step guide. Finally, you can share your guide with the world or create a private link to share internally at your organization.
All guides are saved within your Guide Creator account so you can return to them at any time!
