One of the difficulties some socially-minded organizations face—especially those in the disability space—is the “poor them” mindset. Stephen Cluskey, CEO and co-founder of Mobility Mojo, didn’t want that for his company. In this clip, Stephen shares his experience of accepting his new situation in life after his accident. He chose a new perspective that wasn’t self-pitying, but instead inspired him to change how people view the disability space from pitying to empowering.
